Damn you insomnia For keeping me awake I don't think you realize It's getting quite late
I've tried everything But every time I close my eyes It doesn't matter what I do Thoughts continue to arise
It's almost as if you don't care It's the middle of the night And tomorrow I have things to do And this just isn't right
So as I sit awake again I think of all the reasons why It just won't go away No matter how hard I try
