Her name was Lucy Lou Nicknamed Lolly by her dad She worked in retail It wasn't all that bad Most customers were nice Others could be vile It took all she had To stand there and smile After a really bad day She decided to do the lottery Six numbers she picked Chosen randomly She forgot about it The ticket in her bag Her days in the shop Continued to drag After a few weeks Looking for her lippy She found her ticket Scanned the numbers quickly I wonder...she thought? As she began to dream What if I won? The cat that got the cream She took the ticket To be checked at the shop While she was there She had an almighty shock 1.3 million, she had won Was it really true? Was it some kind of joke? She didn't have a clue? The win was true indeed Lolly was a millionaire She could live her dreams Travel everywhere She pops into the shop Where she once did work Watching all the customers She gives a little smirk She knows how lucky she is To no longer deal with them She never need get upset By their rudeness again She hired a white limo To take out all her friends The ones from the shop Their friendship never ends
