All my fears and shadows simply disappear
Looking at you both now, smiling from ear to ear
You both have beautiful green eyes and blonde hair
Your purity and innocence makes me want to share
To tell all, how proud I am of my precious ones
My heart bursts with pride, I just love you tons
Maisy, so thoughtful and placid, a real huggie bear
While Ella is chatty and cheeky, without a care
I love how Ella gets her doll and holds her close
How she dances and sings, a real twinkle toes
Maisy is calm, a really sensitive little soul
So I never mix you up, on your bum, God...put a mole
You get your doll, a nappy sack, a nappy and wet wipe
You're so very gentle, a natural mothering type
It's been tough at times, having two babes in arms
But how can I resist your loving ways and charms?
You were given to me from the heavens above
Each day with you both, the more I fall in love
