14th February a day so raw No card delivered to my door
No dozen red roses for a surprise Every couple I see, a part of me dies
If only you knew who I was No particular reason, just because
I think you would love me If you had the opportunity
The feeling runs so very deep An inner belief I do keep
The thought of you in my head You never knowing fills me with dread
So I write these words, invisibly so You never shall see, you'll never know
My valentine, I will dream tonight Keeping you close, not out of sight
