Yesterday evening I went out with my friends With them the fun never ends
One of the girlies has a very real perk Got to drive us over in a shiny black Merc
Her boyfriend owns a car sales place Us girlies had the biggest smiles on our face
It was a soft top, don't you know With excitement we couldn't wait to go
The thing is I'd only just done my hair But for the sake of looking cool I didn't care
So with wind in my hair and sun in my eyes The car didn't just drive like a dream.....it flies
I've never been all that interested in cars But in this Merc I felt like one of them film stars
We were giggling and singing crappy songs As the Merc was breezily gliding along
It was the highlight of my night being in that car I wanted to drive for hours and go really far
But we had made plans, I didn't mind though As we enjoyed a fabulous time at Gala Bingo!!
