By the light of day No one would ever know As the sun goes down What I become and do I'm not a folksy image A haggard soul, with pointy hat Cackling with a crooked smile With broomstick and black cat I like to think I'm a wise woman A sorceress of magic and spells For fear of societies judgement My secret is one I can never tell My powers are strong and divine Shown to me by nature so sweet Developed over centuries of time My craft makes me complete Forced to hide in the shadows Hide who I really am To be known as a Wicca Instantly meant you were damned I'm wanting you to journey with me Learn all that a Witch can do To harness natural forces To influence outcomes too You'll see the hidden connections That exist in an unseen place Using the hidden laws of nature Witchcraft you'll soon embrace At the heart of what I am Is my Goddess, Mother Nature, the Lady She gives me my essence Setting my divine craft, free She represents nature and fertility The earth and the moon Open your eyes and ears I'll share more with you soon
