Wanted: Best friend
Duties and skills
Laugh so hard your face goes red
Laugh even harder
When you forget why your laughing
Bake cakes with me
Talk with me til our jaws hurt
Make my house your second home
Splash me in the pool but
Help me when someone else joins in
Make up your own style with me and don't care what anyone else thinks
Tell me everything will be ok even when you know it might not
Tell me something random to cheer me up
Get the same tshirt as me
And we will call it our uniform
Try playing the same song at the same time on our phones
Talk to me from the other side of the classroom when we get moved
We will push a door that says pull and we will fall over laughing
Say "what homework " when I ask you if you have done yours
We will go out in the rain and jump in the puddles
Finishing each others sentences will become natural
We will chase after an ice cream van screaming and laughing
We will have our own handshake that makes us have a laughing fit every time we do it
At our sleepovers we will be scared to hang our legs off the bed in case the monster grabs them
We will burst out in song at the same time and say "whoa that's freaky"
We will say that chain mail is nonsense but we will always check there isn't a little zombie girl from the email before we go in
You will text me when we are sat next to each other
We will cover our hands in glue so we can peel it off.
