"Come on then Lily. We're in town now and I can treat you like one of them posh people from that road. " Jake told me linking his arm into mine . "Why yes Sir Jake we shall dine in the best restaurant in the city McDonald's." I said in a high posh voice laughing . Laughing Jake took my hand and led me into the entrance of McDonalds. The smell of chip fat surrounded me and I knew I was at McDonald's . "you know I can't actually buy us anything." Jake told me his eyes serious. My heart sank no lunch for us then. Quickly Jake darted towards a table with two packs of half eaten chips and snatched them up, as he began to run out of McDonald's a screaming toddler and an angry women started running after me and Jake. We ran out of the mob of hungry people queuing for food and out into the bright sunny street . Jake grabbed me and pulled me down a sidewalk which ended in a huge wall filled with graffiti. "We are here now. This is where I hang out and tagg walls." Jake muttered in between mouthfuls of chips. I sat on the floor next to Jake munching my salty French fries. "You know last summer?" Jake asked me. "yeah I remember." I told him puzzled at what he wanted to say. " Well I have given up cigarettes and beer, because well ..." Jake said as he leaned forward towards me and tenderly kissed me. I melted inside as an explosion of love overwhelmed me like fireworks. After a while we pulled apart " Well as I was saying I love you." Jake whispered and I melted again
