You're walking and it's raining and you're way to wet enough.

When along comes a driver, who must think they're tough enough,

To drive on through that puddle though there's no one in their way,

To splash me and my clothes, it's really ruined my day!

So there I stand, now dripping.

frowning, ear to ear.

I curse on up behind them.

Though I'm certain they can't hear.

Others they look over, and give a little shrug.

With a look that they shoot me , that says oh damn that's bad luck!

My brolly, it was useless, 'gainst the swine that just drove by,

that sploshed me in that puddle.

At least they had a good time.

The puddle it was massive!

From my head to my foot,

And the number plate, I must admit,

I forgot,

I did not took!

So I was walking, it was raining, I was far to wet enough!

when along came that driver, oh they thought they're tough enough.

But now that I'm crying through the wind and the rain. I really can't help smiling,

Oh how can I complain?

For the idiot that did this, was not so much a stranger,

but my funny little friend, in her ugly little ranger.

Oh now that I am laughing, I realise that I toyed, by standing by a puddle. that I really should avoid.
