When I see you smile, I know I'm doing something right, But when I see you frown, my world is turned upside down.
When I see your bright eyes, the stars don't seem so bright, But when I see you cry, my heart begins to melt.
When I hold your hand, my world seems so save, But when I let go, I feel out of place.
Do you understand what the simplest things do for me?
Take away the fame, the money, everything but you and me. When I all comes down to it, that's all I'll ever need.
