Ok, that's it... Spectacular (free from my bedroom window!!) display again this year, But it's done and dusted now. Time to move on...
CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm feeling all-of-a-glitter, My heart it flips and flitters, I'm going all out with the glam this year, Gonna make it a shiny one, full of cheer!
And, No! I'm not talking presents, Although, a few will certainly be sought (there are two lucky little boys in this house of ours, And to be most grateful is how they are taught).
No - I'm talking 'bout GLAMOUR! Hanging loads of crazy cr*p from the walls! Hell, hang it right through the house - If it makes you feel happy, hang it from your...........
Now, if you knew me you'd think I'd turned crazy, 'cause I'm not one for going 'all out' As Christmas was always bittersweet for me, Never really got what it was all about...
But this year it will be about HAPPY! It will be about caring and love. It will be "Hey! None of that talk - don't want any of that meanness, not on my watch!"
Ain't anything gonna spoil it this year, There will be not a tear in sight. And when the calendar hits 24th of December, I bet I won't sleep on that night!!!!
