Aren't always worth my fear If the only thing to fear is fear itself Then I must draw it near
If I worry about a thought I've had Surely I'll think up horrid themes But if I let it go I'll find I free my mind to softly dream
If I fear a retched bird Flying close above my head I miss the beauty of it's effortless soar And see a feathered threat instead
And if I waste my time with worry Fearing life passing in the blink of an eye I miss important moments I'd cherish If I could just relax and enjoy
So from now on I vow to live Without fear dictating my life And when I'm afraid of this or that I'll remember it causes unnecessary strife
And when I feel I'm all alone In darkness, lost in night I must remember it wont be long Until morning brings it's light
