Tooth and nail, Snarl and hiss, The beast won't ever fail No prey that it'll miss.

Prowling, carefully, making no sound, An eerie silence woefully, drawing fear, from all around.

The cloak of darkness, Surrounded the prey, Who, oblivious; couldn't have cared less If they didn't live another day.

The beast lashed out biting to bone, Eating away at the doubt Of never returning home.
