Imagine a world without pain, No anger, No heart break, Nothing to gain,
A world without grief, No sadness, No rage, Wouldn't it be a relief?
An earth not cursed by war, No murder, No abuse, A world without gore?
But what would become of us? No stress, No relationships in a mess, No need to be depressed,
But wait, hang on a second, It would be awful, I reckon, What is a world without happiness? Would priests still be able to bless, How would I hold you near, If I couldn't love you, my dear? We only grieve because we care, Because we love, loss makes us despair, Only sadness makes us appreciate the good, And allows happiness to be understood,
We are defined by our emotions, We are ALIVE not just going through the motions, Experience it all, Ups and downs, Smiles and frowns,
Love, laugh, be happy and give, What else is life for, but to live?
