"I have pondered life," said a cricket to a frog, "and reached a rather unusual conclusion."
The frog, bemused by his talking dinner, merely blinked for a moment before the cricket continued.
"I tried to find meaning and purpose," The cricket sighed, looking at the blank expression of the frog. "But all that search brought me was emptiness for it was but a search for unknown wonders."
"So now, I have accepted that I am just a speck within this universe; Insignificant and without divine purpose."
The cricket looked once more into the vacant eyes of the frog, lit dully by the twilight moon.
"And in this realisation -" the cricket pronounced, "I have found great wonder and beauty in all things that surround me."
And with that, the frog ate the cricket.
