Forget the times we spent,

The places where we went,

And all the kisses in the rain.

Further away our paths are bent,

So please help ease the pain,

Forget me and our time together,

It was not long,

Only forever,

I know it's not right but it is the prettiest wrong,

So forget me and carry on.

It's for the best,

We stay apart,

Forget the rest,

And silence your heart.

I say all this,

but I haven't a clue,

Your touch I miss,

How could I ever forget you.
