Through it all; the tears, the pain Struggling as I watched you leave Forcing myself to take the time To remember to breathe
Deep breaths in and deep breaths out Expelling the anger and rage Oxygen bringing me back to life Entering a new age
So remember that air is what keeps me alive And is there whenever I doubt Remember; two steps are all that I'll need: Breathe in, then, breathe out.
