A coloured man was on a bus full of white people. He completely ignored the sign at the front seats that said 'WHITES ONLY' and sat down.
For a few moments, the white passengers stared at the man. Then one determined passenger stepped forwards and pointed to the sign. "You're coloured. Whites only in these seats." The coloured man stared at the white man, and then began to speak.
"When I was born, I was black. When I grow up, I was black. When I go in the sun, I am black. When I am cold, I am black. When I am scared, I am black. When I am sick, I am black. And when I die, I still am black."
He paused for a moment, before adding;
"But you Sir...
When you are born, you are pink. When you grow up, you turn white. When you go in the sun, you are red. When you are cold, you turn blue. When you are scared, you turn yellow. When you are sick, you turn green. When you get bruised, you turn purple. And when you die, you turn grey."
By this time, every single passenger on the bus was watching the man.
"Yet you dare call ME coloured?"
