5 pcs of Chicken Wings 1 cup of white flour 1 cup of egg white 1 tablespoon of salt
First, spread the chicken wings onto a plate. Pour the white flour over them. Then, pour the cup of egg white and using your fingers, mix it well to create a sticky paste that can stick on the skin of the wings
Spread the tablespoon of salt all over and let it dry for about 10 minutes.
Prepare a frying pan with about half a litre of vegetable oil. Deep fried the wings for about 15 to 20 minutes until it turn light brown.
Serve with mayonnaise.
