The black hole at the center of the Perseus galaxy cluster produces the deepest known sound in the observable universe: a B-flat, 57 octaves below middle C. At that frequency, the wave cycles once every ten million years. No instrument humans have ever built plays anywhere near this pitch, and none ever could.
