Gold gilded mask, Shining with delight, Silver jewellery basks, A masquerade at night.
Old fashion dancing, Expensive wine flows, Handsome man glancing, The pretty ladies pose.
Rich ornate foods, Old men with cigars. Evening yet to conclude, Everyone under the stars.
Secret lovers left, In the maze gardens they play. Masked removed with deft. In the night gardens they lay.
Morning comes quick, Nights events forgotten. Alcohols haze thick. Head filled with cotton.
Masks left on the table, Reminders of the ball. Night to become a fable, One that was enthralled.
