My childhood was different. Not like the children of today. We used to run around outside, Catching the sun rays.
I used to go around with cousins at the abattoir. Or hang on the bars at the park, "Let's run!" "Let's see how far"
I used to make mud pies A contest my sisters would win. We used to build tree houses, And fight for who should be king.
We used to get in trouble Knocking then running away. That's how I used to do it, That's how I filled my days.
But these children's of today, They just sit and watch tv. How unhappy I would of been, If that would of been me.
