For @Naaviie sorry it took so long 2070 July 25: (MYBDAY) Arival Saaci sat in the chopper. Nine other people accompanied him. They sat in silence, none of them wanting to get off to a bad start, they will be seeing a lot of each other. There was a jolt as the chopper jerked to a hover. Then he lost his stomach as they dropped. He wasn't sick but one person was. Their fall stopped. He banged his head hard against his head rest. The doors were opened from the outside. He peered out curious to see there location. There was nothing to see, they must have dropped miles as they were deep under ground. It was a very secure facility. Saaci politely let everyone else leave the chopper first before he jumped out himself. The metal floor thudded as he made contact.
2070 July 30: Hatch The recruits lived on a tight schedule, they had only an hour to themselves. After dinner, before lights out. Today their free time was void. A new topic had been implemented, D.T. There was a lot of trouble over what this was. Some thought it was design technology, like it is in schools. Others, others wern't sure. Dinner was tenser than ever. Everyone was quietly anticipating there next topic. Finally the gong went to announce its start. They all rushed to put there stuff in a dishwasher then hurried to the AH. As they entered they were in awe of the changes that had been made. Instead of having a few chairs out they had build tall wooden pillars. Each pillar had a huge nest on it, iron rungs hammered into the wood led all the way up. Further down from the nest were branches spearing out to the sides. It look like a bizarre man-made forest. Each tree had a name engraved on it. The all lined up against the wall as instructed. "Goodevning gentlemen, today we're having our first D.T. Lesson. D.T. being dragon training." Came a voice from the shadows, there was a collective gasp as he said the word dragon."Now, you will each go to the roost with your name on it." Everyone walked to there pole. "You will ascend then wait with your egg till it hatches then you will call me and I will give you further instruction." Saaci needed no further command, he was climbing straight up to the top. He heaved himself over the woven side. He gazed down upon the priceless jewel that lay before him, sure it was a light muddy brown but to him it was the most beautiful thing in the world. Even just sitting watching it would be enjoyable. He settled down. Watching. Waiting..................................................................................................................CRACK he snapped awake, the mesmerising patterns on the egg had sent him into a slumber. Rushing to the egg he saw a crack appear in the surface. He beheld in wonder as the crack grew and grew. Suddenly the egg could take the strain no longer. It split, shattering into a thousand priceless shards of glory. Saaci surveyed, gobsmacked by the creature within.
