If you tell someone to do something, knowing that they will not do it, you can use reverse psychology. This is when, in these situations, you ask the person to do the opposite of what you want them to do, in hope that they will do what you want. Have you every been susceptible to it? Parents often use it with their children, and let their children think that they did what the parent didn't want them to. However, this can have a negative effect, as the children may grow up believing that it is fine to disobey. What are your thoughts on this?
