Although we want to achieve, we always stop ourselves. A trick to stop worrying is to ignore the 'what if?'s that your conscience asks you, and get on with the task at hand. Also, if you are worried about doing something badly, think 'what is the worst that can happen?'. You may not revise for a test and worry, but there are plenty of other tests and opportunities to make up for it if you do fail. Get your chin up, stop looking back and power through your life, and don't let anyone stop you from being you!
