Hecate's hair grew longer, down to her ankles, and 13 different strands of hair wove themselves together into an intricate braid. It quickly changed from black to grey to white to silver. Not silver like an older persons hair, silver like each strand had been dipped in the metal. Smoky white wings curled out from her back. They were beautiful but insubstantial. She truly did look like a celestial being, so she supposed she was the Stardust. Hades began to change as well. His change, obviously, was slightly painful. He stood frozen as his hair turned black as pitch, and his teeth elongated into fangs like those of a needlefish. The whites of his eyes turned black, and his irises to white. He didnt look like a normal DeathFae, for as the Dryad said, he was half human. Hermes was next. He was unsure what a Messenger looked like, so he watched his reflection in the pond curiously. He was given sleek white wings, and his two snakes turned into miniature dragons. "Wait, why did they change?" He inquired. "Each messenger is given 2 companions." Muttered the dryad nonchalantly. Posidon was the last to change. His hair turned grey-brown, the color of the sea. His eyes became gold, like the sunlight on the water. Strong webbing appeared on his hands, and gills on his neck. Lungs and gills. This could be convenient.
"Now that you've changed, get out. The BloodFae is in the ShadowSpace, most likely in BloodFaeWoods." With that, she muttered something in the language of the trees, and they appeared at the edge of ShadowSpace.
With all this talk of the Fae, you may believe the Cronuses have faded into the background. You are wrong. They were coming.
