Please read OBR final part & Hellbound - 1 before you read this.

Tpek woke in Hell. It was not as he had always heard it, flaming and full of screams. He was in almost total darkness, in which he could just about see figures, muttering quietly to themselves. "So many voices. So many..." "Why so dark?" "Help me. Help. Help." "Blood was my price. So much blood." This was a voice Tpek recognised. "Are you Dilaf?" Tpek had briefly met Dilaf in the Opuss Battle Royale, until Dilaf betrayed Tpek and Tpek killed him. "Dilaf..." Dilaf's voice said, "No. I am your guilt for his murder" The figure disappeared and appeared directly behind Tpek. "After all, this is your Hell." Tpek spun around, facing the creature, and backed away, occasionally bumping into hunched figures, who turned to mist at his touch. The creature stalked forward, giggling insanely. His laughing stopped. The back of Tpek's hand glowed red. A symbol appeared beneath his skin. (\) But Tpek wasn't laughing either. An intense pain shot up his arm, into his brain. He screamed, and water filled his mouth. He passed out in a sea of red light and raw pain. _______________

Tpek awoke on a beach, the wreck of his sub lying like a beached whale next to him. In the distance a huge creature, the leviathan that had nearly drowned him, sunk back into the depths. He looked at the back of his hand. The symbol, which he recognised from a book of fairytales his grandma had given him, still glowed red faintly below his skin. It meant he was one of the unfortunate souls who died before they had completed their life's purpose, stuck in a limbo between Hell and Earth. But at least he wasn't dead. Only Hellbound. (\)
