The sea, it glistens A shimmering blue, The yacht, it groans On sands of golden hue

Gulls are screeching Sending out their cry A seal's head is bobbing Curious but shy

A Labrador, black as coal, Is chasing down the waves, The seaweed is entwined It is the sea's slave

And on the cliff I stand A wind is blowing strong. Alone and finally happy This is where I belong
