As those of you who have had the misfortune of having your bottom examined by the doctor will know whats expected. Apparently things are done differently in Bulgaria. Olga was naked from the waist down, on all fours with her bottom in the air. I motioned for her to get on the bed, myself lying curled up on the bed, whilst my half naked patient looked puzzled. It was a moment I was very glad wasn't interrupted by a receptionist bringing tea.
