The last time I tried To make someone smile I was told to stop trying Because I simply just can't
The last time I needed Someone to make me smile I was told that other people Had it so much worse
The last time someone Tried to make me smile I was told I was difficult And the source of unwanted stress
All I want right now Is for the whole world to drown Amongst a sea of forced smiles So my body doesn't have to turn sore every night From the failed attempts at Smiles
