Also the Prologue :)
I like the smell of autumn. Cold crisp air entering my nose and filling my lungs. A scent of dead leaves and freshly rained on grass are mixed in my senses. I walk down the gentle slope of the hill and my home sits silently waiting at the bottom. The house has wonderful windows that keep us connected to the outside yet keep us hidden away. The architecture of the building is magnificent, both form and function. The exterior was made in bricks that carried the colour of nature which made it blend with the surroundings. Rainbow roof tiles where layered neatly arched on top of the house which made our home so different from the others. It was a beautifully designed piece of architecture where we put our love and effort into.
It was home.
