On day 4 of my 500 calorie diet and have lost 3 pounds total. By the way things are going I'm estimating another 3 will be lost by the end of the week putting me at 6 pounds lost week one. Not too shabby considering that I skipped 2 of my 4 workouts so far. It's been really hard - the cravings! - but I've stuck to it and it is paying off so I will continue this difficult journey to great health.
