Ingredients: 1 Sugar Cube 3 dashes Angostura Bitters 1/4 ounce Club Soda 2 ounces Rye Whisky 1 Lemon Twist

Glass Type: Old-Fashioned Glass

Instructions: Place the sugar cube (or 1/2 teaspoon loose sugar) in an Old-Fashioned glass. Wet it down with 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a short splash of water or club soda. Crush the sugar with a wooden muddler or a strong spoon until the sugar has dissolved. Add a couple of large ice cubes. Pour in the rye (or bourbon) and mix. Add the lemon twist and serve with a stirring rod.

Im having a few of these right now. Hands down my favorite cocktail.
