The story opens with a juvenile lad, Justin, who is caught stealing by the police and is sentenced to community service on the local AIDS Ward. Here he meets six remarkable people who shall change his life forever. At the start off Justin is inexperienced with HIV/Aids & tries to keep his distance from the patients, fear of them breathing on him & catching the virus.
As time goes on Justin learns about the virus HIV/Aids & makes some close friends on the ward; including a young girl named Mandy who got the virus at childbirth, & Lance a desperate young male in need of being loved. Justin battles for his life & the others on the ward after catching HIV, off Lance whilst aiding to stop a nose bleed Lance has. In this film we see close friendship’s develop & learn how hard it is to lose loved ones & how promises must always be kept
