Chapter 21
Christmas break! It was finally here. I got to sleep in a day before we packed up and drove down to South Carolina to see my grandparents. We had to take our dog, Ace, he's a German Shepard. Ace is whinny and gets car sick, but I love, he's my dog. The car ride wasn't any fun, my mom got us lost, my dad didn't like the food we ate, and my little sister was being a pain, as usual. Only me and Edward were in a good mood, Edward was happy because he wanted to see our grandparents, to get money, and I was happy, because my iPod lasted five hours before it died. 9 more hours to go.
When we got there it was 2 in the morning. Ace was having a ball with my Grandparent's dog which is a chihuahua mix. They went nuts and ran all around the house. Me and Edward had to sleep on couch, Ann slept in my Grandparent's room on the floor, and my parents slept up stairs in my uncle's old room. The next day Edward left with his family, my dad isn't his dad, at eight. My grandmother took me and my sister to Mickey Ds for breakfast, we got pancakes, then went to the store to get milk, coffee and bread. My sister started to get annoying, because she had money and Grandmother wouldn't let her. Ann is such a brat, so is Edward, I don't know how it skipped me. After the store we went to Pet's Store, where Grandmother got food to feed her frogs. Ann wanted to get something for her stupid fish, which she named Beta because it's a beta fish, isn't she clever? But everything was to big for the tank. After we left we got lunch because Ann went on and on about how hungry she was. We got hamburgers and fries, it was really good, but I felt guilty, because it costed a lot, I ordered the cheapest thing, Ann got the most expensive. We ate them at Grandmother's school, she's an art teacher. She has to go in and feed her frogs a lot, they live in her class room. She is a great art teacher, I wish could go to her school so I could learn to do art like her, or like Pikachu. When we got home it was almost 4. I got on my iPod and started to play on Facebook. I liked and commented on everything, but only half went throw, Facebook wasn't working that well. Then we ordered Chines food, which I don't like that much, and it took an hour for it to come. I played on Facebook to wait.
