Chapter 8
A few days later It happened. It was Thursday 10:45, we were in Advisory, Mr. Coal was making us play Taboo, in case you've never heard of it, the way you play is you pick a card and there is a word on the card, you try to make your team say the word, but you can't say the list of words under the word, or part of the word, if you do your out. On my team was me, Pikachu, David, Delia, Gianna and Mandy. David went first, Pikachu guessed it fast. Then it was Pikachu's turn she kept glancing at me. "It's like Jake." Pikachu said. "It's like me?" I said confused. Pikachu nodded. "Weird?" Delia asked. "Close! It's on the lines of that." Pikachu said. "Uh like weird, umm, uhh, strange?" Delia asked. "Not normal?" David asked. "Ugly?" Mandy asked. "Ugly?!" I asked. I'm not ugly am I? I wondered. "No! On the lines of weird." Pikachu said. "Odd?" Delia asked. "Yes! Odd...." Pikachu said. "Odd-ball!" Delia said. "Yes! You got it." Pikachu said, she sounded happy, but she wasn't smiling. "Wait, you think I'm an Odd-ball?" I asked, Pikachu hesitated then said, "Yes."
That's when he came in, Jeremy Bentthouse. Jeremy is tall, has more muscles than I do, dark brown hair, bright blue eyes, straight A's, he's the kinda guy every girl wants. She has every class with him and sits by him in the class we have together, probably the others too. After Pikachu called me an Odd-ball I stopped siting in front of her in fifth hour, I sat in front of Sindy instead, she's not as fun as Pikachu though.
