Drink at least one more glass of water today than you did yesterday. Do the same the next day, and the next day, and so on until you're up to at least six or seven, or better, eight. Then try to stay at that number of glasses. Or try it with fluid ounces. Make your goal somewhere around 60 oz. You'll feel great and it'll help your body in so many ways!
