I live in silence Where no one else is there No sounds to be heard Nothing but the air

I live in silence No music playing in the background No noisy people Not a single person around

I live in silence In a lonely thinking place For solitude and quiet time Where I can surely pace

I live in silence Where I can think alone To explore my wandering thoughts Without a yelp or groan

I live in silence To get away from it all I slowly drift away from the world And sometimes asleep I fall
