You can tell a lot from someone's hands. No matter how calm their face is, or how steady their voice is, their hands will let you see how they're really feeling.
Shaking - If their hands are shaking it means they are either nervous or really, really mad
Clenched - If their fists are clenched then it means they're either suppressing anger, nervousness, or they're in pain ( digging nails into palm to stop pain slightly ).
Drumming/ Tapping - If they are drumming or tapping continually with their fingers it means they are either bored, anxious or impatient.
Twiddling Thumbs - If they're twiddling their thumbs and fingers it means much the same as above.
Crossed Fingers - Well, in case you really don't know, it means they're hoping something will go well for either them or another individual.
