A long time ago, While dragons roamed the land, "And dinosaurs?" And dinosaurs, and all things big and grand.
There lived a tiny mouse, Who lived in a cave by the sea. He didn't have a wife, or a family, But he was happy as a mouse could be.
And then one day, a disastrous event, His cave got flooded, and he cried "Oh fluffypops! I'll have to mop!" But he got swept away on the out going tide.
So three long hours later, Trying to stay afloat, The mouse (who was thin), found a banana skin, And used it as a make-shift boat.
Then a spiky sea serpent, With teeth sharper than knifes, Found the poor mouse, and took him to his house, But the mouse escaped, and swam for his life.
So with a meaningful grumble, The sea serpent let out a sigh, "He thought this was The End, but I just want a friend!" So he sat down and proceeded to cry.
The mouse heard this sorrowful noise, He turned round and swam back again, But when he got there, the sea-serpent's house was bare, And the mouse had now got a migraine.
So the mouse found a piece of driftwood, And drifted back to his home, And when he arrived, he had a surprise, For he was no longer alone.
He cave was completely flooded, Because of the sea-serpents tears, But there was an under-water ball, the old friends he could recall, And the sea-serpent had organised it here.
So the mouse and the sea- serpent are now buddies, Living in the underwater cave, best friends, Though the serpent sometimes whines, they have a fantastical time, And now it is truly, ~ The END ~
