A dozen athletes, A dozen wheelchairs, A dozen times around the track, Now there's no going back, This is the Paralympics.
Not much legs, Not much arms, Not much sadness, Though some have lost their limbs, This is not total madness, Thus is the Paralympics.
A thousand spectators, A thousand olympians, A thousand people, Glued to their TVs, This is one thing you should see, This is the Paralympics.
Three shining medals, Three joyful champions, Three places to come, Overwhelming for some, This is the Paralympics.
