One of the best ways to solve a not-very-important-problem is to do inee-meenee-minee-mo (sorry, don't know how to spell that). Then if you get the thing you actually wanted, you'll be happy, but if you got the thing you didn't really want, you'll realise, and chose the thing you wanted, but didn't realise you wanted.

Confusing and complicated, but it works. (Usually)
