Darker eyes... It's like staring in the pit of a well
If eyes are windows to the soul What darkness do yours behold
I won't judge I've had my times Where darkness consumed me... Consumed my rhymes...
I still dip into the darkness Every now and then I like to take journey Take a view around the bend
Staring into your eyes now I can't control the urge I want to take the jump Yes... I want to purge
To clear all of my thoughts And set my mind free Take a walk on the wild side And just be me
I'm sure you'd like To come along for the ride It will certainly intrigue you Walking on the dark side
But you're quick to inform me You're already there I've been transfixed By your piercing dark stare
There's a hint of romance Which you hide very well I hear it in your dark laugh As I'm captured by your spell
