This story is made by my lovely cousin Libby.
The silver moon shone from the misty night sky. The trees cast long shadows on the grass, they reminded me of spider webs.
In the shadows a lady stood. Her dress was black and it was so long that it trailed behind her, creasing slightly to look like ocean waves. It was laced with silver spiderwebs that glistened in the moonlight. Her hair was black too. It was tied in a red ribbon, the colour of blood. I couldn't see her face very well, but she had pale skin, it looked like she had been standing in snow all day, although the night was warm.
I walked towards her, curious. The nearer I was to her, the worse I felt. First I felt a light pain in my chest, then by the time I was about two meters away from her, I felt like crying.
She took a step towards me.
Blackness.
The moon shone down on the street, where the lady Stood. All eight of her legs that were once hidden under a long black dress stuck out at strange angles . You could no longer see the man who had been walking home that night. He was gone now.
The spider had caught its prey.
