This is the healthy version but I tried it and it tastes like chocolate cake =) And it's healthy... Ingredients :- (measurements for one person) - 1 egg - 1/2 cup skim milk - 2 table spoons wheat - 2 tbsp Honey - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method;- 1) take a medium sized bowl and crack the egg 2) tilt bowl to one side, take a fork and mix. 3) slowly add the milk 4) sift in the wheat and mix till mixture is smooth with no lumps 5) add the cocoa and mix for a minute 6) turn on heat, and pour in the batter. 7) when tiny bubbles appear on the pancakes your ready to flip.
Serve with more honey and enjoy!
