Balance. That's today's topic. Me being quite young, I try to balance school work with fitness, and not getting stressed. It's surprisingly easy! Here's how you balance your work with being healthy- 1) make a list of things you have to do in the day. For me it's do yoga or Pilates, make sure I drank enough water, eat a fruit, do pranayama (it's like breathing exercises) and do some weight training.

2) Pre plan your day. The previous day, plan out what your going to eat, put out your workout clothes, and put out your books for studying. This way, you won't forget, and won't avoid it! 3) find time for yourself. You need at least an hour in the day for yourself. It could be for your hobbies, or just watching tv. This is just do you don't feel stressed. Believe it or not, stressing out forms a hormone called cortisol which deposits fat in the stomach. Check out this list below in activities that burn a lot of calories- - cleaning house/room - washing dog - studying - reading - dancing - painting - meditating - walking. You don't feel like your burning major calories during these activities! That's the best part! So Your goal should be- be active. Don't sit around all day! Good luck ^_^
