So today I wanted to talk about a few healthy swaps! Let's get started then... When your out- - swap coke for milkshake. Coke is just sugary liquid that is high in calories and will dehydrate you, milkshake has fat, protein and carbs. It has nutrients!! - Swap KFC burgers for subway. Your swapping out fried junk for yummy veggie filled sandwich! - Ice cream for smoothies. Do I really need to explain why?? Fine. Ice cream only has well fat, proteins and carbs ( well its better thank soda!) but smoothies also have your fibre and vitamin and minerals! Now some swaps when your out grocery shopping. - swap out milk chocolate for dark chocolate. Milk choc has barely any vital nutrients where as dark choc is great for the heart, has antioxidants, great or glowing skin an tastes good! - swap out white bread for brown bread. White flour sticks to your arteries. Eek!! - white flour made pasta for well whole wear pasta! It tastes the same but this is good for you. - well this isn't a swap but all of us buy this! Stop going for fruit juice, it's packed with sugar! - nutella for organic peanut butter. It's utter b.s when they tell you nutella is nutritious! Peanut butter is packed with protein! - stop buying canned foods, ready to make foods, anything in the refrigerated section! - swap out fried chips for the baked kind. It tastes better.
