Red arms
Sore neck
Lobster like face
Why do we do it?
Is it because the sun is a rare beast?
Or is it some sort of fashion?
Could it be just laziness?
Can't be bothered to reach for the sun block?
But pretty sure we can
all be bothered with after sun!
Never mind
It will fade.
So better go back out
Before the sun runs away
And all we have is rain again.
We are all fools.
Slaves to the sun.
I wonder if it knows
How much power it has
Over us all!!
