What's that noise? What is it? It's so loud, so annoying and so intrusive. Oh, please someone tell me what is that noise?!
I look upstairs. I look downstairs. I look outside.
Nothing.
I sit down to read the novel I have been trying to finish for over a month now. And.... there it is. The noise.
I sit and listen for an age, wondering what it could be. Then it hits me. It's nothing. It's silence. It's life.
