250g butter 500g dark choc 250g sugar 10 eggs

Melt butter and chocolate in bain marie Mix sugar and egg yolks until smooth and frothy Combine choc and sugar/egg mix until glossy and smooth Whisk egg whites until stiff and combine with chocolate mix

Bake in over for 30-40 mins on 170c

Yum!
